Panthers Hit the Community

By: San Antonio Rampage Media Relations

Panthers players Erik Gudbranson, Shawn Matthias, Mike Weaver and Joey Crabb visited the Center for the Intrepid and the Warrior and Family Support Center on Thursday afternoon. At the Center for the Intrepid, the players met with members of the Rampage sled hockey team, which was the first to form that consisted solely of Wounded Warriors. The sled hockey players showed the Panthers the state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility and shared the nuances of sled hockey. The four players then visited the Warrior and Family Support Center and signed autographs and took pictures with Wounded Warriors.

The Rampage, the top affiliate of the Panthers, are hosting the first-ever NHL game in the 11-year history of the AT&T Center on Friday at 7:30 p.m. on a Dollar Drink Night. Tickets for the NHL Preseason Game can be purchased at the AT&T Center Southeast Box Office, online at sarampage.com or by calling a Rampage representative at 210-444-5554.
