San Antonio Silver Stars Launch New Website

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Silver Stars have launched a new SASilverStars.com, the organization announced today. The new site will provide Silver Stars fans with a more user-friendly interface and access with insightful news and content features.

SASilverStars.com is the most comprehensive resource for fans to keep up to date on the team, both on and off the court. In addition to basketball content including game coverage, statistical information and WNBA league news, the site will expand community, business and non-game related coverage to bring fans closer to the Silver Stars team and players.

“I couldn’t be happier with the redesign of SASilverStars.com,” said Silver Stars Director of Business Operations Russell Warren. “SASilverStars.com is a vital tool for keeping in touch with our fan base and those interested in the Silver Stars. We know it’s important to our fans to feel connected to our team and players, and the new website provides the perfect landscape to bring our fans closer to the Silver Stars.”

SASilverStars.com features and new additions:

•    Video module featuring press conferences, highlights, community events and other features.

The Silver Stars open their 2011 season on June 4 when they host the Tulsa Shock in the AT&T Center at 7 p.m. Silver Stars individual tickets are available now at all San Antonio Ticketmaster locations, including by phone at (210) 225-TEAM, or online at ticketmaster.com or SASilverStars.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the AT&T Center Southeast Box Office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or on weekend event days starting at 10 a.m. or by calling 210-444-5090.
