Rampage Announce 2011-12 Schedule of Opponents

The San Antonio Rampage announced today their opponent schedule for the 2011-12 season. The American Hockey League (AHL) also announced the conference and division alignment for the upcoming year.

The Rampage will remain in the Western Conference’s West Division and face their divisional opponents 40 times. The Rampage will face off against their two Texas rivals, the Stars and Aeros, a total of 12 times each, and will meet the Oklahoma City Barons and Abbotsford Heat in eight games as well. In addition, the Rampage will play 22 games against the newly incarnated Midwest Division and 14 games against the North Division.  The Rampage will square off against the Charlotte Checkers, formerly of the Eastern Conference, in four games as well.
