Rampage players served patrons at Picnikins Patio Cafe last week. Bill Thomas, Sean Sullivan, Wacey Rabbit, Eric Selleck, Michael Caruso and Jacob Markstrom served up some good food and good times at our Celebrity Waiter Night at Picnikins! One hundred percent of player tips and 10 percent of all food sales benefited the Rampage’s Face-Off Against Kids Cancer program and the Moses Lujan Foundation.

Face-Off Against Kids Cancer is a program in which Rampage hockey players are paired with children from the Centers for Oncology and Blood Disorders at Christus Santa Rosa, who are currently in either early stages of treatment for pediatric cancer or in remission. The Rampage will host a series of social events throughout the course of the season with the hope of generating lasting relationships and increasing awareness about childhood cancer in the community.
The Moses Lujan Foundation was formed by the staff at Picnickins to support the Lujan family after Moses tragically passed away on Feb. 5, 2012. Moses, 31, was the Kitchen Manager at Picnikins and was set to begin culinary arts school this fall. He is survived by his wife and two children.
